This is a Rosato (Rosé) which has the same grape composition as Pinerolese Rosso, namely Barbera and / or Bonarda and / or Nebbiolo and / or Neretto (50-100%), with the permitted addition of local non-aromatic red grapes (0-50%).
The result is a bright, ruby red wine with a delicate, inviting and vinous aroma and a dry and balanced taste.
Pinerolese Rosato pairs perfectly with most dishes.
