Colline Saluzzesi Quagliano Spumante DOC is made of the same grapes as the quiet version, Colline Saluzzesi Quagliano DOC, namely the grape bearing the same name (60-100%) with the permitted addition of other local non-aromatic blue grapes (0-40%).
This red, sparkling Spumante type has a ruby red color. The scent is delicate, vinous, inviting characteristic of the grape and with hints of violets. The taste is pleasantly sweet with medium body and is relatively fruity.
On the label, the Colline Saluzzesi DOC denomination may be accompanied by the term 'Vigna' provided that this vineyard has a planting age of at least 7 years.
