Colline Saluzzesi Rosso DOC is a dry red wine produced from the local grape varieties Pelaverga and/or Barbera and/or Chatus and/or Nebbiolo (60-100%), with the permitted addition of other local non-aromatic red grapes (0-40%).

The color is ruby red, the scent is vinous, fruity, intense and distinctive. The taste is dry, fresh, fruity and also intense and distinctive.

On the label, the Colline Saluzzesi DOC denomination may be accompanied by the term 'Vigna' provided that this vineyard has a planting age of at least 7 years.
