It is an intense ruby red wine with a fruity and vinous scent. The taste is dry, full-bodied, harmonious and possibly tannic.
Mandatory maturation period of 2 years. Colline Saluzzesi Chatus DOC is released on the market on November 1st in the year following the harvest.
On the label, the Colline Saluzzesi DOC denomination may be accompanied by the term 'Vigna' provided that this vineyard has a planting age of at least 7 years.
