The color is light red, with possible violet reflections. The scent is delicately vinous with a hint of violet and with a pleasant and characteristic aroma. The flavor is pleasantly sweet, medium-bodied, fruity, sometimes lively (Vivace).
On the label, the Colline Saluzzesi DOC denomination may be accompanied by the term 'Vigna' provided that this vineyard has a planting age of at least 7 years.
