This sweet dessert wine is produced from the same grapes as Piedmont Moscato , namely Moscato grapes (100%). P >
The color is golden yellow with a tendency to turn amber. The aroma is intense, complex and with notes of nutmeg, which is so typical and characteristic of the Moscato grape. The taste is sweet, harmonious, soft and aromatic.
The mandatory aging period is one year starting with January 1st of the year following the harvest.
In addition to being a good accompaniment to dessert, Piedmont Moscato Passito is highly recommended for quiet moments of reflection.
The wine must have 15.5% alcohol content of which 4.5% residual sugar.
