Piedmont Bonarda is an intense ruby red wine, with an intense and inviting scent and a dry or sweet taste, light tannic, fresh and sometimes bubbly or vivacious (Vivace).
The dry type pairs well with all meals, while the sweet type is enjoyed with desserts.
