This wine is made from the international Chardonnay grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of 15% local non-aromatic white grapes.
The combination of these grapes offers a light, straw-colored white wine with green shadows. The fragrance is light and characteristic of the grape. The taste is dry, soft and balanced.
Piedmont Chardonnay can be enjoyed both as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to the region's fish dishes.
A fully sparkling Piedmont Chardonnay Spumante is also available.
