This red wine is made from the local Piedmontese grape Dolcetto (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local non-aromatic red grapes.
This Dolcetto has a ruby red color, a vinous, distinctive and appealing aroma, as well as a dry and pleasant taste with an equally pleasant, comfortable bitter finish. The taste is generally mellow, moderate and with a balanced structure.
