This Dolcetto wine rarely offers wines of special interesting character. They are often quite modest and sometimes slightly bubbly (Vivace).
Dolcetto d'Asti DOC is brilliant ruby red. The scent is vinous, while the taste dry, balanced and comfortable.
There is also a Dolcetto d'Asti Superiore DOC with a mandatory aging period of 1 year and 12.5% alcohol content.
