Colli Tortonesi Favorita DOC is a white wine made from the local grape Favorita (95-100%) with the permitted addition of 5% local non-aromatic white grapes.
The wine has a more or less dark straw color and a delicate and distinctive bouquet. The taste is dry, pleasant, balanced and at times bubbly (Vivace).
Locally, Colli Tortonesi Favorita DOC is served with fish.
