Colli Tortonesi Cortese Spumante DOC is a sparkling white wine produced from the elegant, Piedmontse grape, Cortese (95-100%), with the permitted addition of 5% local non-aromatic white grapes. Therefore, the wine has the same grape composition as the quiet Cortese white wine.
It is a fine, elegant, straw-colored wine with a distinctive and pleasant fragrance. The taste is inviting and sometimes with hints of yeasts from the grape skins in the aftertaste. The bubbles are long-lasting.
Colli Tortonesi Cortese Spumante DOC is served locally as an aperitif.
