Colli Tortonesi Cortese Frizzante DOC is a semi-sparkling (Frizzante) white wine made from the elegant Piedmont Cortese grape (95-100%), with the permitted addition of 5% local non-aromatic white grapes. Grape composition is the same as the one of the quiet Cortese white wine.
The result is a more or less intense straw-colored white wine. The scent is delicate and characteristic. The taste is dry, distinctive, soft, vivacious and inviting.
Colli Tortonesi Cortese Frizzante DOC is a perfect accompaniment of fish, but it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
