This rosé has the same grape composition as Colli Tortonesi Rosso DOC, which includes the following impressive list of local and international grapes: Aleatico and/or Barbera, Bonarda Piedmontese, Dolcetto, Freisa, Grignolino, Pinot Nero, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Croatina, Lambrusco di Alessandria, Merlot, Nebbiolo and Sangiovese.
The result is a light colored rosé (locally Chiaretto), with a vinous and delicate bouquet. Colli Tortonesi Chiaretto DOC is fresh and at times bubbly (Vivace).
