Canavese Rosso DOC is a red wine with a more or less intense ruby red color. The bouquet is also intense and characteristic of this type. The taste is dry and harmonious.
The grape composition consists of Nebbiolo and/or Barbera, Bonarda, Freisa and/or Neretto (60-100%), with the permitted addition of non-aromatic local red grapes (0-40%).
