Canavese Rosato DOC is a rosé wine, with the same grape composition as Canavese Rosso DOC, namely Nebbiolo and/or Barbera and/or Bonarda and/or Freisa and/or Neretto (60-100%), with the permitted addition of non-aromatic local red grapes (0-40%).
The wine ranges from cherry-color to light ruby red. Canavese Rosato DOC is a delicate and inviting wine with a delightful scent and dry, balanced taste.
