As the name suggests, the main grape used in the production of this wine is Nebbiolo (85-100%) with the permitted addition of local red varieties.
The color of the Canavese Nebbiolo DOC varies from ruby red to garnet red and due to the Nebbiolo grape, the wine sometimes has orange reflections.
The scent is delicate and slightly floral and the taste is dry, extremely rich and slightly tannic.
