This aged dessert white wine has the same grape composition as the non-aged, dry type, Trentino Superiore Pinot Bianco DOC, namely Pinot Bianco grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
Trentino Superiore Pinot Bianco Vendemmia Tardiva DOC is a more or less intense straw yellow to golden wine. The scent is delicate, characteristic, slightly aromatic and spicy. The taste, mellow and harmonious, varies from semi-sweet to sweet.
