Trentino Superiore Traminer Aromatico DOC is a white wine based on the grape bearing the same name, Traminer Aromatico (100%).
This is a more or less intense straw yellow to golden yellow white wine, with an aromatic, intense, distinctive, sometimes spicy fragrance. The taste, varying from dry to sweet, is aromatic, fine, delicate and characteristic of the grape.
The wine pairs well with trout, vegetable soup, rice with herbs and white meat.
The mandatory aging period is 10 months, starting with November 1st of the harvesting year.
A late harvest type, Trentino Superiore Traminer Aromatico Vendemmia Tardiva DOC, is also available.
