Trentino Moscato Giallo Superiore DOC is a dessert wine made from the white Moscato Giallo grape (100%), as the name suggests.
Trentino Moscato Giallo Superiore DOC is a straw yellow to golden yellow wine of medium intensity. The scent is aromatic, distinctive, sometimes slightly herbal. The taste, ranging from dry to sweet and delicate, has clear notes of the Moscato grape, with an alcoholic touch.
The mandatory aging period is 10 months, starting with November 1st of the harvesting year.
The wine pairs well with liver pâté, herbal cheese, dessert or it can be enjoyed between meals.
