Trentino Müller Thurgau DOC is a white wine made from the Müller Thurgau grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
The wine has a straw yellow color, with green reflections, a delicate and slightly aromatic scent, as well as a fresh, fruity and harmonious taste, often with notes of wood.
The mandatory aging period is 4 months.
The wine combines perfectly with trout, local barley soup and soft cheeses.
