This is a white wine based on the Pinot Grigio grape (85-100%), as expected from the name of the wine, with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer Aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
Trentino Pinot Grigio DOC is a straw colored wine, with an inviting and characteristic scent, as well as a dry, distinctive and harmonious taste.
There is also an aged Trentino Pinot Grigio Riserva DOC.
The wine combines perfectly with trout, fried fish, soups and soft cheeses.
