Trentino Pinot Bianco DOC is a white wine made from the Pinot Bianco grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer Aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
The wine has a straw yellow color and a delicate, fine and distinctive aroma. The taste is dry, slightly bitter and balanced.
