This white wine has the same grape composition as the non-aged Trentino Pinot Bianco DOC, namely Pinot Bianco (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
The wine has a straw yellow color and a delicate, fine and distinctive aroma. The taste is dry, slightly bitter and harmonious.
Trentino Pinot Bianco Riserva DOC has a mandatory aging period of 1 year, starting from November 1st of the harvesting year.
The wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but it also combines perfectly with sausages, soups and fish.
