Trentino Merlot DOC is a ruby red wine with a distinctive, expressive scent. The taste is dry, mellow and inviting.
Released on the market on March 1st following the harvesting year.
An aged type, Trentino Merlot Riserva DOC, is available, having the same grape composition.
The wine is a good accompaniment of minestrone (vegetable soup), grilled meat, grostl (beef with potatoes) and Polenta e Osei (delicious, local cake).
