This white wine has the same grape composition as the non-aged type, Trentino Pinot Grigio DOC, namely Pinot Grigio (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
Trentino Pinot Grigio Riserva DOC is a straw yellow, often copper-colored white wine, with an inviting, typical scent, and a dry, full-bodied, distinctive and harmonious taste.
The mandatory aging period is 1 year, starting with November 1st of the marketing year.
The wine pairs well with trout, fried fish, soups and soft cheeses.
