This red wine is made from the Pinot Nero grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local red grapes (0-15%).

Trentino Pinot Nero DOC is a ruby red wine with a delicate, inviting and distinctive aroma, as well as a dry and rich taste, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

Released on the market March 1st of the year following the harvest.

An aged type, Trentino Pinot Nero Riserva DOC, is available, having the same grape composition.

The wine combines perfectly with game, fried meat and gröstl (beef with potatoes and onions).
