Trentino Riesling Italico DOC is a white wine made from the Riesling Italico grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
The wine has a straw yellow color with green reflections and an inviting and distinctive scent. The taste is dry, pleasantly acidic and fruity.
Trentino Riesling Italico DOC can be enjoyed as aperitif or with trout.
This type of wine is also produced as an aged Trentino Riesling Italico Riserva DOC with 1 year of mandatory aging. It's released onto the market on November 1st of the year following the harvest.
