As the name suggests, this is a white wine made from the Sauvignon grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer Aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
Trentino Sauvignon DOC is a straw colored white wine, sometimes with green reflections. The scent is inviting and characteristic, while the taste is dry and distinctive.
