Trentino Superiore Marzemino DOC is an interesting ruby red wine, with violet reflections. The scent is distinctive, fruity and often slightly herbal. The taste is dry, full-bodies and pleasant.
The minimum aging period is 10 months starting with November 1st of the harvesting year.
Pairs well with polenta and venison, braised beef and hard cheeses.
