Trentino Superiore Pinot Bianco DOC is a straw-colored white wine, made from the Pinot Bianco grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
This is a straw-colored white wine, often with more or less intense green reflections. The scent is fine, delicate, slightly spicy and characteristic, while the taste is dry, slightly bitter and balanced.
The mandatory aging period is 12 months, starting with November 1st of the harvesting year.
The wine is a wonderful accompaniment of trout, soups and semi-soft cheeses.
A late harvest type, Trentino Superiore Pinot Bianco Vendemmia Tardiva DOC, is also available.
