The dessert wine Trentino Superiore Late Vendemmia Tardiva DOC is produced from a quite impressive blend of grapes, all of which must be grown in the municipalities of Calavino, Cavedine, Lasino, Padergnone and Verzano, all in the province of Trento.
The grape combination consists partially or entirely of Chardonnay and/or Pinot Bianco and/or Pinot Grigio and/or Riesling Renano and/or Müller Thurgau and/or Sauvignon and/or Nosiola and/or Traminer Aromatico and/or Moscato Giallo or Moscato Rosa (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%).
If a grape variety is indicated on the label, it means that the wine is made of at least 85% of that specific grape.
