Trentino Superiore Riesling DOC is a white wine made from the Riesling grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
This is a straw yellow to golden colored wine, with a delicate and distinctive aroma. The taste is dry, pleasantly acidic.
The wine pairs well with trout, vegetable soup, herb rice and soft or semi-soft cheese.
A late harvest type, Trentino Superiore Riesling Vendemmia Tardiva DOC, is also available.
