This white aged dessert wine has the same grape composition as the non-aged Trentino Superiore Pinot Grigio DOC, namely the Pinot Grigio grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
Trentino Superiore Pinot Grigia Late grape harvest DOC is a more or less intense straw yellow to golden yellow dessert wine. The scent is delicate, slightly aromatic, sometimes spicy. The taste, ranging from semi-sweet to sweet, is mellow and harmonious.
