Trentino Superiore Pinot Grigio DOC is a white wine made from the Pinot Grigio grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
The wine has a more or less intense straw yellow color, sometimes with copper-like reflections. The scent is delicate and characteristic, while the taste is dry, balanced and distinctive.
The mandatory aging period is 10 months, starting with November 1st of the harvesting year.
The wine is a wonderful accompaniment of trout, soups or soft and semi-soft cheeses.
A late harvest type, Trentino Superiore Pinot Grigio Vendemmia Tardiva DOC, is also available.
