This is a white wine with a grape composition consisting of Chardonnay and/or Pinot Bianco and/or Pinot Grigio (85-100%), with the permitted addition of Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 (a clone made of Riesling Renano + Pinot Bianco) and/or Riesling and/or Sauvignon and/or Traminer Aromatico.
Trementino Superiore Bianco DOC has a color ranging from straw to golden yellow, with a low to medium intensity. The scent is inviting and often slightly aromatic and spicy, whereas the taste is dry, full-bodies, balanced and slightly tannic.
