Trentino Vino Santo DOC is a golden dessert wine made from the local Nosiola grape (85-100%) with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%).
The vineyards are located in the municipalities of Arco, Calavino, Cavedine, Drena, Dro, Lasino, Nago-Torbole, Padergnone, Riva del Garda, Tenno and Vezzano.
Before pressing, the grapes are traditionally hung to dry on special racks (Arele), until they dry almost into raisins. Afterwards, they are pressed no later than February 1st of the year following the harvest.

Trentino Vino Santo DOC is a golden yellow wine which turns to amber with age. The scent is inviting and balanced, fine and delicate, while the taste is pleasantly sweet, with hints of raisins.
The mandatory aging period is 3 years and the wine may be released onto the market only after November 1st of the 3rd year after the harvest.
The wine can be either enjoyed with dessert and pastries with or without cream, or simply during meditative moments.
