This white wine is made from the same grapes as the non-aged Trentino Sauvignon DOC, namely the Sauvignon grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.
Trentino Sauvignon Riserva DOC is a straw-colored white wine with green reflections. The scent is inviting and characteristic, while the taste is dry, typically prone to acquire a woody aftertaste.
Trentino Sauvignon Riserva DOC has a mandatory aging period of minimum 1 year, starting with November 1st of the harvesting year before being released onto the market.
Combines perfectly with various cephalopods, crustaceans, seafood risotto and grilled fish.
