This white wine is made from the Riesling grape, known locally as Renano (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%), with the exception of Traminer aromatico, Moscato Giallo and Moscato Rosa.

Trentino Riesling DOC is a straw-colored wine, with green-yellow reflections. The scent is delicate and characteristic, while the taste is dry, pleasant and slightly acidic.

Also seen under the name Trentino Renano DOC or Trentino Riesling-Renano DOC.

An aged type, Trentino Riesling Riserva DOC, is also available.

The wine is a wonderful accompaniment of antipasti and fish dishes.
