This red wine has the same grape composition as the non-aged type, Trentino Pinot Nero DOC, namely Pinot Nero (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local red grapes.
Trentino Pinot Nero Riserva DOC is a ruby red wine with a delicate, inviting and distinctive aroma. The taste is dry and rich, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
The mandatory aging period is 2 years, starting with November 1st of the harvesting year.
The wine combines perfectly with game, fried meat and gröstl (beef with potatoes and onions).
