This red wine is made from the same grape varieties as the non-aged type Trentino Cabernet DOC, meaning a blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon (85-100%).
The grape composition results in a distinctive red wine, with a herbaceous bouquet and in intesse ruby red color with orange reflections. The taste is dry, full-bodies, slightly tannic and with oak notes, from aging in barrels.
Trentino Cabernet Riserva DOC has a minimum aging period of two years, starting with November 1st of the harvesting year.
The storage potential is 3 years or more.
Trentino Cabernet Riserva DOC pairs well with steak.
