The sparkling Colli Bolognesi Terre di Montebudello Pignoletto Spumante DOC is made from Pignoletto grapes (85-100%) with the permitted addition of Pinot Nero (0-15%). The production method is the traditional Italian “Metodo Classico” (natural second fermentation in the bottle).
The wine has a light straw color, sometimes with green hints. The scent is delicate and aromatic, and the taste, varying from dry to sweet, is distinctive, harmonious and refined. The foam is lively, fresh and persistent.
Best enjoyed as an aperitif, or, if it is sweet, with dessert.
