Terre di Montebudello Barbera Riserva DOC is made from the Barbera grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of other non-aromatic red grapes (0-15%), thus it has the same grape composition as the non-barrel aged Colli Bolognesi Terre di Montebudello Barbera DOC.
The color is dark red, almost purple, the scent is vinous, grape-like and characteristic. The taste is balanced, dry and very mature.
The wine is a good accompaniment of red meat.
The mandatory aging period is 3 years and the aging potential is 6-7 years.
