Colli Bolognesi Serravalle Cabernet Sauvignon DOC is a red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (85-100%), with the permitted addition of Merlot (0-15%).
At a young age, the wine is ruby red, but it becomes garnet red with age. The scent is distinctive, characteristic of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, and the taste is full-bodied, dry, soft and extremely harmonious.
A barrel-aged Colli Bolognesi Serravalle Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva DOC is also available.
The minimum mandatory aging period is 1 year, while the aging potential is up to 4 years.
