Coll Bolognesi Serravalle Barbera Riserva DOC as the same grape composition as the non-barrel aged Coll Bolognesi Serravalle Barbera DOC, namely Barbera grapes (85-100%) with the permitted addition of Cabernet Sauvignon (0-15%).
The color is dark red, almost purple, the scent is vinous, grape-like and characteristic, and the taste is balanced, dry and mature.
The wine is a good accompaniment of red meat or mature cheese.
The aging potential is 6-7 years.
