This white wine, also known as Alto Adige/Südtiroler Riesling-Sylvaner DOC, is made from an interesting combination of Riesling, Sylvaner and Müller Thurgau (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%).
The grape composition and the climate create a white wine with considerable flavor. Although in these areas white wines are enjoyed young, the wine has an excellent potential for aging.
Alto Adige/Südtiroler Müller-Thurgau DOC is a straw-yellow wine with green reflections. The scent is delicate, with a slightly aromatic touch, while the taste is fruity, dry and soft.
Combines perfectly with antipasti and fish.
