As the name suggests, Colline Marconiane Sauvignon DOC is made from the grape bearing the same name, namely Sauvignon (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%).
This white wine has a pale straw color and a delicate, slightly aromatic and perfumed scent, characteristic of the type. The taste is dry, balanced and extremely full-bodied.
Best served with local fish dishes with rich sauces or with white meat.
