Colline Marconiane Pignoletto DOC is a white wine produced from the local grape Pignoletto (85-100%), with the permitted addition of other non-aromatic white grapes (0-15%).
The wine has a light straw yellow color, sometimes with green hints, a delicate and distinctive scent, a dry, distinctive, harmonious and refined taste.
There is also a light sparkling Colline Marconiane Pignoletto Abboccato DOC, which can be described as slightly aromatic and sweet.
The dry type is best served as an aperitif or with fish, while the Abboccato is a terrific accompaniment for desserts.
Finally, there is Colline Marconiane Pignoletto Spumante DOC with the same grape composition.
