Monte San Pietro is a subzone of Colli Bolognesi where there are more stringent requirements for wine production than under the generic DOC title.
As suggested by the name, Colli Bolognesi Monte San Pietro Sauvignon DOC is a white wine made from the Sauvignon grape (100%). The wine has a light straw yellow color and a delicate slightly aromatic, perfumed and characteristic scent. The taste is dry, fresh, balanced and extremely full-bodied.
Served locally with fish as well as with white meat.
