Colli Bolognesi Cabernet Sauvignon Monte San Pietro DOC is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape (100%). The color is ruby red, but it becomes garnet red with age, the scent is distinctive, vinous and characteristic of the grape, and the taste is dry, soft and full-bodied.
The mandatory aging period is 3 years, while the aging potential is 3-4 years.
